I’ve been wanting to write this for quite sometime now, tapi tak sempat because @princessmandagie has taken most of my time and the other half goes to the baby tua @jmandagie when he comes back from work. Anyways this is for new mothers and those who are going to be mothers someday, i feel that this is important for me to share In case no one told you this, right after you gave birth don’t get shocked or upset when you look at yourself in the mirror. Easy to say, but even i felt like crying when i looked at myself in the mirror. Your skin will stretch, and your uterus will still be swollen so you will look like you are about 2 months pregnant. Its ok your uterus will eventually shrink to its normal size in 4-6 weeks and so will your tummy eventually. Just do your urut and exercise. For those who did C section like me, our tummy will be swollen alot longer so take your time. Yes you will be frustrated with your body, but believe me it will get better in time. Surround yourself with positive people who motivates you, those who aren’t should just fly a kite. Yang penting kena happy, makan yg sihat so your wound will heal faster. Sihat first, cantik will come eventually after that C section isn’t that bad, i was afraid at first because i have never been admitted for anything all my life. Nak kena injection pun takut! I was advised by my doctor to opt for C section because Jeanelle was on the big side and my pelvic isn’t. Listen to your doctor, do not for once contemplate when he/she tells you that you need to go for C sect. Yang penting baby and you selamat. I know some mothers who gets upset and disappointed after a C section, don’t be because we should all be proud of our battle scar! Don’t worry if you don’t have your susu during your first few days or first week.... (continue dalam comment section sbb panjang sangat ?)
