Aktor popular, Zul Ariffin telah kembali aktif melakukan aktiviti kecergasan sejak tiga hari lalu setelah setahun tidak menjaga berat badannya.

Perkara itu dikongsi Zul menerusi entri di akaun Intagram miliknya buat tatapan umum.

"After a year of working, not eating right, junk food and bad food, lot of it obviously, not sleeping right, skipping the gym, wasting time and all of that.

"There is no one to blame but myself, but all of that stops today, I have my training 2-3 times a day, everyday, over the next couple of months," tulis Zul sebagai kapsyen.

Dalam pada itu, Zul turut menyatakan dia mahu menurunkan berat badannya kerana mahukan kesihatan yang lebih baik dan mempunyai beberapa projek dan filem yang memerlukan dia untuk mendapatkan semula bentuk badan seperti dahulu.

But all of that stops today. Today is the first day of the start of my training, 2-3 times a day, everyday, over the next couple of months. Yes, I’ve got a couple of projects lined up but it is not really about that. It is about getting myself ready and being always ready for whatever comes, becoming healthier and doing what I enjoy. I’ll be training with @ijamasri ,my handsome boxing coach - happy belated birthday, bro! I’m glad u can be part of this journey. Today I felt like a fatboy running around the ring, but that’s not how it’s gonna be in 4 weeks! ? To all of you who are trying to reach your physical and mental goals out there - let’s start making it happen. Human bodies are not made to sit around watching the tv and lazing around, but made to move. Torture your body before it tortures you! ? Let’s do this! ??‍♂
